By accessing, Browse, or registering on the ConnectDevs website (“Platform”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Platform or any ConnectDevs services.
If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or organization (“Client”), you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you (either as an individual user, developer, or as a representative of a company) and ConnectDevs Inc. (“ConnectDevs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
ConnectDevs is an online platform and marketplace that connects companies, startups, and organizations (“Clients”) with vetted, skilled professionals across technology, design, marketing, operations, finance, and more (“Talent” or “Service Providers”). Our mission is to help Clients quickly and efficiently find and hire expert resources for short-term, part-time, or full-time projects.
Share job opportunities, project requirements, and talent needs
Receive AI-powered, curated recommendations from a database of pre-vetted Talent—including developers, marketers, designers, project managers, accountants, and other specialists.
Review Talent profiles, portfolios, and assessment results to make informed hiring decisions.
Manage the hiring, onboarding, compliance, and (where available) payment processes through the Platform.
Create a professional profile highlighting your expertise, skills, experience, and availability.
Participate in our vetting and assessment process to increase your visibility and access to top projects.
Receive project offers and interview invitations matched to your expertise.
Communicate with Clients, track engagements, and manage your work via the Platform
We help Clients and Talent connect, but do not guarantee any specific outcome, engagement, or ongoing working relationship. The terms of service, deliverables, and compensation for each project or placement are determined directly between the Client and the Talent. ConnectDevs may assist with contracts, compliance, and payment facilitation, but is not the employer of record unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement. All responsibilities for legal compliance, worker classification, taxes, and employment obligations rest solely with the Client and Talent unless otherwise agreed in writing.
To access and use certain features of the ConnectDevs platform, you are required to register for an account as either a Client or a Talent (such as a developer, designer, marketer, or other expert). You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
Promptly update your account information if there are any changes, to ensure its accuracy and completeness.
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and not share your account with others.
Be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
ConnectDevs reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false, misleading, or incomplete information, or that are found to be in violation of these Terms
You may not create more than one account per person, unless expressly permitted by ConnectDevs. If you believe your account has been compromised, please notify us immediately at [email protected]
If you choose to connect a third-party account (such as Google Gmail) as part of your ConnectDevs account setup or settings, you authorize ConnectDevs to access that account in accordance with the permissions you grant and the scope described in Section 4 (Google Gmail Integration & Authorized Use) of these Terms.
ConnectDevs offers an optional Gmail integration that allows clients to connect their Google account to power outreach and campaign features within the platform. This integration is governed by the following terms.
By connecting your Gmail account, you explicitly authorize ConnectDevs to:
Read your email messages, threads, labels, and mailbox metadata solely for reply tracking, conversation syncing, and campaign reporting.
Send emails and replies from your connected Gmail address, exclusively when initiated by you or your team through the ConnectDevs platform.
This authorization is granted voluntarily through Google's OAuth 2.0 consent screen. You will be shown exactly which permissions are requested before granting access.
By connecting your Gmail account, you confirm that:
You are the authorized account holder of the connected Gmail address.
You will use the Gmail integration only for lawful outreach and will comply with all applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR where applicable.
You will not use the integration to send unsolicited bulk email, spam, or any communication that violates Google's Terms of Service or ConnectDevs' acceptable use policy.
ConnectDevs reserves the right to suspend or terminate Gmail integration access for any account found in violation of these terms, without notice.
You may disconnect your Gmail account from ConnectDevs at any time by navigating to Sidenav → Email → Listings Account → Disconnect. You may also revoke access directly from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Upon disconnection, ConnectDevs will cease accessing your Gmail account immediately. Gmail integration data will be permanently deleted within 90 days of disconnection.
ConnectDevs processes Gmail data solely to deliver the features described above. Your Gmail content is never used for advertising, sold to third parties, or used to train AI models. For full details on how Gmail data is stored, encrypted, and deleted, see our Privacy Policy.
