Profile Details: Skills, resume/CV, LinkedIn or portfolio links, work experience, education, certifications, profile photo, and any additional information you choose to include in your profile.
Job/Project Information: Job descriptions, project details, hiring preferences, and communication between clients and talent.
Payment Information: Billing addresses, payment method details, or other financial information required to process payments (handled by secure third-party payment processors).
Communications: Correspondence sent to us (including support requests, surveys, feedback, emails, or chat messages).

When you connect your Gmail account to use ConnectDevs' outreach and campaign features, we access the following data via Google's secure OAuth 2.0 authorization:
Email Messages, Threads, and Labels: to sync reply history, track conversation status, and update campaign records.
Mailbox Metadata (sender, recipient, subject line, timestamps): for reply detection, conversation syncing, and campaign reporting dashboards.
Send Access: to send outreach emails and replies from your connected Gmail address, exclusively when initiated by you or your team through the ConnectDevs platform.
We access only the minimum Gmail data required to deliver these features. We do not access email attachments, Google Contacts, Google Calendar, or any Gmail content outside the scope of your outreach campaigns.
Your Gmail content is processed solely on ConnectDevs infrastructure and is never passed to any external AI provider or third-party service.
Interview Recordings: If you participate in interviews, assessments, or vetting processes, we may collect audio/video recordings, screen shares, or supporting materials to evaluate your skills and match you with opportunities.
Assessment Results: Scores and feedback from technical tests, coding challenges, or other evaluations.
ConnectDevs does not intentionally collect or process sensitive personal data (such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data, health data, or sexual orientation) unless it is strictly required for compliance, and then only with explicit consent or as permitted by law.
ConnectDevs uses your information for the following purposes:
Facilitate connections and communications between clients and talent.
Process registrations, create and manage user accounts, and deliver our Services.
Match talent to relevant job or project opportunities using both human expertise and AI-driven tools.
Conduct interviews, skills assessments, and vetting for talent placement.
Send notifications about account activity, interviews, opportunities, project updates, or changes to our Services.
Respond to inquiries, provide customer support, and resolve disputes.
Deliver relevant information, newsletters, and promotional content (you may opt out at any time).
Analyze site usage and trends to improve our Services, user experience, and performance.
Monitor for fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity and enforce our Terms of Service.

When you authorize Gmail access, we use your Gmail data exclusively to:
Track replies: and update campaign engagement status in real time.
Sync conversation threads: so your full outreach history is visible within the platform.
Classify incoming replies: (e.g., interested, not interested, out of office) to help you prioritize follow-ups. This classification runs on ConnectDevs' own infrastructure — your Gmail content is not sent to any external AI provider.
Send outreach emails and replies: from your connected Gmail account, only when you or your team initiates them through ConnectDevs.
Your Gmail data is used solely to provide these features to you. It is never used for advertising, sold to third parties, shared with data brokers, or used to train any AI or machine learning models.
ConnectDevs may share your information only as necessary to operate our platform, deliver services, and comply with legal requirements. We do not sell your personal information.
For Talent: Your profile, skills, resumes, and relevant assessment results may be shared with clients when you are matched for opportunities or selected for interviews.
For Clients: Project descriptions, requirements, and communication history may be shared with matched talent.
Communication, interview recordings (with consent), and project artifacts may be shared as needed for hiring, onboarding, or work collaboration.
We may share data with trusted third-party vendors who help us provide services, such as payment processors, background check providers, cloud hosting, analytics, communication tools, and customer support services.
These vendors are contractually obligated to use your information only for the services they perform on our behalf and to maintain its confidentiality and security.
Gmail data accessed through your authorized integration is processed exclusively on ConnectDevs infrastructure to deliver outreach and campaign features. It is not shared with, transmitted to, or processed by any third-party vendor, including external AI providers. No Gmail content leaves ConnectDevs' own systems.
We may disclose your information if required by law, legal process, court order, or government request.
We may share information to protect ConnectDevs' rights, property, safety, or to prevent fraud or abuse.

You may disconnect your Gmail account at any time by navigating to Sidenav → Email → Listings Account → Disconnect within your ConnectDevs account. Upon disconnection:
ConnectDevs will immediately cease accessing your Gmail account.
Gmail integration data associated with your account will be permanently deleted within 90 days of disconnection. This retention window exists so that your outreach conversation history remains accessible in your inbox during any transition period.

ConnectDevs is committed to protecting your information and maintaining the security of our platform.
We use industry-standard security technologies and procedures—such as encryption, firewalls, secure servers, and access controls—to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
All data transmitted between your browser and ConnectDevs is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher. All data stored on our servers including Gmail integration data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. Our infrastructure is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and DigitalOcean, both in the United States (US West region).
Access to Gmail integration data is restricted to ConnectDevs' automated systems only. No ConnectDevs employee or contractor can manually read, view, or access the content of your Gmail messages. Internal system access is logged and subject to strict access controls.
Access to your data is restricted to authorized employees, contractors, and service providers who need it to operate or improve our Services and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for any activity on your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, please notify us immediately.

Account and profile data: Kept for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our Services.

Assessment and interview data: Kept as long as relevant for matching, placement, and as required by law or client agreements.
Anonymized or aggregated data: May be retained indefinitely for analytics, product development, or research.
Gmail integration data (email threads, reply metadata, conversation records): Retained for 90 days following Gmail disconnection, to preserve your outreach conversation history. After 90 days, all associated Gmail data is permanently and irreversibly deleted.
Account deletion and Gmail data: If you permanently delete your ConnectDevs account, a 14-day grace period begins during which you may restore your account. After 14 days, all data including any Gmail integration data is permanently deleted within 72 hours. No backups are retained beyond this deletion.
If you request account deletion, a 14-day grace period begins during which you may log back in to restore your account. After 14 days, your account is permanently closed and all associated personal data including any Gmail integration data, campaign records, and conversation history is completely and irreversibly deleted within 72 hours. No backups are retained beyond this point.

ConnectDevs is headquartered in the United States, but we serve users worldwide. Your personal information may be processed, stored, or transferred to countries outside your own, including the United States and other locations where our servers, affiliates, or service providers operate.
